These sprung counter balanced sliding Heavy Duty Ramsay Loft Ladders are a range of robust ladders in a two section unit.

The ladder is built to a higher specification to suit existing openings in domestic or *commercial scenarios.
- Fits most existing hatches
- Suitable for domestic, or *commercial use (see above)
- Extra wide construction approx. 400mm
- Deep non slip treads
- Hatch lifted by spring radius arms attached to the unit
- High strength extruded alloy construction
- Complete with operating pole and fittings
- One or two handrails Heights available
- Suitable for heights 2.35m up to 3.66m (or 3.88m *special)
- Max load 150kg
