The ladder is built to a higher specification to suit existing openings in domestic or *commercial scenarios.

Hatch lifted by spring radius arms attached to the unit
High strength extruded alloy construction
Complete with operating pole and fittings

Suitable for heights 2.35m up to 3.66m (or 3.88m *special)
