The Loft 3 Section Ladders arekitemarked and has large 40mm flat top D shaped rungs for comfort this product is for domestic loft or light commercial use.
These ladders areprobably the best guide arm type currently available in the EU bar none.
With the maximum floor to floor height being 3.0m the minimum ladder vertical clearance above the hatch is 762mm.
A minimum horizontal clearance of 1.24m is required, the ladder opening should be not less than 457mm x 560mm internal dimension. Fits into existing hatch area, you will require a drop down type hatch.
They come with full fitting instructions, hinges, pole and catch there is also a handrail supplied, which can be fitted on the left or right . These are suitable for weights up to 150kg (15.7 stones) static weight BS:EN:14975.
