Made in Uk this Aluminium Loft Ladder Domestic are a kitemarked ladder and have large series 40mm flat top rungs for comfort.
They are probably the best 3 section guide arm type loft ladders available in the EU with the maximum ladder floor to floor height being 3.0m, also the minimum vertical clearance required above the loft hatch being 762mm for this product.
A minimum horizontal clearance to lay of 1.24m is required. The opening should be not less than 457mm x 560mm internal dimension. Fits into existing hatch area, you will require a drop down type hatch.
They come with full fitting instructions, hinges, pole and catch . There is also a handrail supplied, which can be fitted on the left or right . Suitable for weights up to 100kg (15.7 stones).
