With the maximum floor to floor height being 3.0m the minimum vertical clearance required above the hatch is 762mm for this product.
A minimum horizontal clearance to lay of 1.24m is required. The opening should be not less than 457mm x 560mm internal dimension. Fits into existing hatch area, you will require a drop down type hatch.
These loft ladders come with full fitting instructions, hinges, pole and catch there is also a handrail supplied, which can be fitted on the left or right . These ladders are suitable for weights up to 150kg (15.7 stones) static weight BS:EN:14975.
