Commercial Concertina Loft Ladder
This Commercial Concertina Loft Ladder is available from stock in one of four standard ladder sizes.
The loft ladders are constructed from pressure die-cast aluminium the ladder is supplied without the commercial loft trap door and lining.
These steps are perfect for installations where a lined ceiling aperture already exists. Similarly it is also suitable for installation onto mezzanine floors and can also be mounted onto vertical walls to give access for service maintenance.
They are supplied as a ready to fit unit fixed to a 600 x 200mm laminated wood mounting board, which can simply be screwed to an appropriate surface in the location required.
Counterbalance springs mounted on the hinge brackets plus control springs in the side arms ensure that the stairway operates smoothly and safely with the minimum of effort.
They can also be fitted with a telescopic handrail , it is possible to have the handrail on the left or indeed on both sides.
If you wish to mount the unit in a vertical opening we can supply an auxiliary hinge ,which allows the unit to store in the vertical position.

JUN01 - Ceiling height up to 2500mm - Min hatch 600 x 620 - 09 tread 350mm wide
JUN02 - Ceiling height 2501-2790mm - Min hatch 600 x 670 - 10 tread 350mm wide
JUN03 - Ceiling height 2791-3090mm - Min hatch 600 x 750 - 11 tread 350mm wide
JUN04 - Ceiling height 3091-3390mm - Min hatch 600 x 820 - 12 tread 300mm wide
If you are using this in the vertical application, with the hinge mechanism, you need to measure floor to finished floor level before making your choice.
