These Commercial Loft Ladders available from stock in one of four standard commercial sizes.
The Loft Ladders are constructed from commercial pressure die-cast aluminium and are supplied without the trap door and lining.
These Loft Ladders products are perfect for installations where a lined ceiling aperture already exists. Similarly this Loft Ladder it is also suitable for installation onto mezzanine floors and can also be mounted onto vertical walls to give loft ladders access for service maintenance.
They are supplied as a ready to fit unit fixed to a 600 x 200mm laminated wood mounting board, which can simply be screwed to an appropriate surface in the Loft location required.
Counterbalance springs mounted on the hinge brackets plus control springs in the side arms ensure that the ladder operates smoothly and safely with the minimum of effort.
The ladder can also be fitted with a telescopic handrail it is possible to have the ladder handrail on the left or indeed on both sides.
If you wish to mount the ladder in a vertical opening we can supply an auxiliary hinge ,which allows the unit to store in the vertical position.
