Concertina Loft Ladder Domestic
The Concertina Loft Ladder Domestic comes fully assembled ready to fit the ladder into openings 600mm long x 500mm wide or greater.
The loft ladders are fitted to the inside of the hatch or joist timber by means of a wooden plate 450mm x 200mm the ladder when fitted, can fit floor to ceiling heights up to 3.0m allowing acces to the loft.
Select the 10 tread ladders for 2.73m floor to ceiling heights, up to 3.00m select the the 11 tread. You should allow for a maximum vertical clearance of 500mm from ceiling below to highest point of ladders above.
The sprung controlled operation, keeps the ladders horizontal in the hatch when not in use. They are brought to the vertical with the hook then extended to the floor and adjusted to suit your climbing position.
Strong construction, with wide treads (80mm x 350mm). They come with hinges, door catch and pole hook (pole not supplied). Installation instructions supplied.
Suitable for duty weights up to 100kgs (for use with existing hatches).
