The Fire Rated Loft Ladder Profi is a top of the range luxury this unit is ideal for ceiling heights upto 2.87m a top of the range fire rated product.
  
Supplied with frame, the outside measurement is 680mm x 1175mm, currently only one in the profi size is supplied).

Features include:

  • Fitted with draught excluder.
  • The ladder trap door is made of sandwich construction with 50mm polystyrene insulation (3mm Masonite on inside/outside surfaces 1/2 hour rating) (90min also available).
  • Spring counterbalance with fingertip operation.
  • Non slip rubber feet
  • Comes with moulded architrave.
  • Supplied with pole for opening.
  • Tread size 83mm.
  • Can bemade to a bespoke size 

Tested from above and below according to: EN 1364-2:1999-10 and EN 1363-1:1999-10
The ladder installation instructions provided, there are timber balustrade, and handrails available.
