TELESTEPS Telescopic Loft Ladder
The new TELESTEPS Telescopic Loft Ladder is probably the world's most compact ladder solution to a very common problem (check the detailed information link below).
The loft ladders Model 60324 fits up to *2.35m max floor to underside of ceiling, and into a minimum 520mm 600mm hatch, this ladder occupies the hatch area with a section of the telesteps loft ladders protruding back into the attic as per diagram below.

* Please note the assisting springs are fitted to the unit whilst it is fitted in the horizontal packed position, not whilst in the vertical, as seen in the instruction.)
Model 60927 from *2.65m to 2.93m max floor to ceiling, fits a minimum 520mm x 920mm/1100mm hatch and occupies the whole hatch are, they are adjustable for length.

The universal magnetic catch & operating pole, fits most swing down trapdoor and enables easy access.
*IMPORTANT All dimensions given above are for a standard floor to ceiling with 4" thick joists above in a non trussed roof - If your joists are greater in size, or if your floor has been raised, or if you have a trussed roof, or an obstruction ie: water tank etc, please call for advice, before ordering.
