Suitable for ceiling heights up to 2.83m, an extension loft ladder section is available for ladders ceiling heights up to 3.23m, making it a superior deluxe loft product.

Elegant frame casing acts as architrave to cover joint between frame and ceiling.
White matt finish trap door blends with décor.

They are made of high quality Scandinavian spruce for durability, strength and appearance.

Trap door sealed to prevent heat loss and draughts.
Concealed hinges plus good catch for easy opening and closing - push pull pole supplied.
Trap door made to sandwich construction with full 76mm insulation.
Gas piston counterbalance system for smooth finger tip operation.
Supplied complete with handrail (NOT SHOWN ) and non slip feet.
