These Timber Loft Ladders Exclusive PROFI are a top of the range luxury ladders product and are for ceiling heights up to 2.87m.
This excellent loft ladder comes with frame, outside measurement 680mm x 1175mm making it one of the largest ladders hatch sizes available in timber.
Features of the exclusive loft unit include:
- Fitted with draught excluder.
- The trap door is made of sandwich construction with 50mm internal insulation (3mm Masonite on inside/outside surfaces).
- Spring counterbalance with superb fingertip operation.
- Non slip rubber feet
- Comes with moulded architrave.
- Supplied with pole for opening.

- Sturdy locking mechanism.
