A new range of Loft Hatches Timber Effect to choose from in 2 sizes and 4 wood-effect finishes
Simple hatches to fit, just make the hole for it to fit into, hatches comes pre-assembled, and pre-drilled, attach the spring clips, push it into the prepared hole and screw it in.
Everything you need to assemble and fit the hatches are included, you only need a screwdriver, hammer and drill. Comes with fitting instructions.
The door is fitted with a touch latch mechanism, simply push up to release the door and push up again to close. A loft pole is available to purchase as a separate item. A Hatch can also be purchased with an insulated door, see
choices below.
U-Value- 2.77 for standard loft and 1.60 for insulated version.
