This Loft Door - Budget panels provide low cost openings in ceilings and walls to building engineering services where space is at a premium.
The narrow 25mm door panel profile produces a lightweight robust loft door panel that can be used in all types of wall or ceiling construction.
They consist of a pivoting tray and frame come fully finished powder coated in white and can be overpainted on site to blend with the surrounding surface. They are a non insulated item and not available Fire Rated.
There are two frame options for the Contract Panel. A beaded Frame Type (Code CONSBF) with perforated flange to key into the surrounding membrane, used where the surface has yet to be finished. Or the Picture Frame Type (Code CONPF) where the solid flange sits on the surface of the wall or ceiling and covers the cut edge of the aperture, used where the surface has already been finished.
