The LEX 30 MidMade Ladders Timber is Manufactured in Sweden from coniferous wood the midmade are of a safe and sturdy construction delivered ready to install complete with detailed assembly instructions.
The 30mm insulated midmade ladder trap door is painted with a white base coat and boasts a spring balanced timber ladder trap door with recessed sealing lock, they are easy to manoeuvre with opening handle and sealed with a lex 30 sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts.
Wooden 3-part folding steps which fits onto the trap door when folded, no clearance required. The protective felt pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the treads after adjusting the length. (handrail shown is an optional extra).
