The MidMade Loft Ladders - LEX 30 Timber is Manufactured in Sweden from coniferous wood they are of a safe and sturdy construction delivered ready to install complete with detailed assembly instructions.
The 30mm insulated ladders trap door is painted with a white base coat and the ladder boasts a spring balanced trap door with recessed sealing lock the midmade ladders are easy to manoeuvre with opening handle and sealed with a lex 30 sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts.
Wooden 3-part folding steps which fits onto the trap door when folded, no clearance required. The protective felt pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the treads after adjusting the length. (handrail shown is an optional extra).
