The Loft Ladder MidMade LEX 70 Timber range comes with one of the highest insulated trap door sizes available on today's market, together with an unrivalled locking system .
Manufactured from coniferous wood delivered ready to install with a complete ladder frame as well as detailed assembly timber ladder instructions with pictures.
The lex 70 trap door is painted with a white base coat and is effectively insulated to 70mm and sealed to prevent heat loss and draughts. It boasts a spring balanced trap door, easily manoeuvred with handle and fitted with an espagnolette lock (heavy duty) with two locking levers.
Wooden 3-part folding step which fits onto the trap door when folded, no clearance required. The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the steps after adjusting the length.
