The Folding Midmade - LUX - Loft Ladder is themost luxurious model, for those who want something extra, both in function and appearance this ladder sytem has it all.
These loft ladders are delivered assembled ready to fit with detailed assembly instructions and pictures of the unit.
The loft unit is constructed for easy installation with architrave frame, fitted ladder, pre-drilled assembly holes fitting springs at the front and at the back.
Gas piston balanced trap folding loft door with an espagnolette lock with two bolts, very easy to manoeuvre with opening handle. Trap door is sealed to prevent heat loss and draught. The trap door has an elegant architrave, surface treated in matt white finish and is effectively insulated with 50mm insulation.
This is the timber version, and is also available in aluminium. Both fit onto the hatch door and no clearance is required.
The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the step tread after adjusting the length.
